WASTE OF MONEY!!!! We bought 2 of the BE550's and they both broke within the first 6 hours of use. We have been waiting 3 weeks on one little part (bearing) for both machines. We were told it would be another 2 weeks before the part arrived at the dealer we bought the machine from. Don't waste your money on this product. We even called customer support.
