HUSQVARNA 128L 4.5 5 251 251
Trimmer 128LD The name has been around for years ever since there first chainsaw. I really enjoy using there products. It starts every time after just a few prime bulb pumps and a pull on the cord. It does use quite a bit more fuel than a sthyl or echo but it still gets the job done. Its also very versetle with the different attachment choices. February 24, 2011
Excellent tool The Husky was chosen to replace a John Deere string trimmer that had served well for 6 years. The Husky is more durable, better built, easier to replace the string, and noticably more powerful. It cost only a little more than others like it, but you get SO much more quality for just a little extra money. If the lesser-built Deere lasted 6 years, I suspect this Husky will last 10. This product has plenty of power This trimmer has the power to use a brush cutter attachment , works well for extended running for the bigger jobs have used for 2-3 hours only stopping to refuel and take a short break . The only setback with the straight shaft on the string trimmer it's not for a tall person (6' +) a curved shaft is eaiser on the back. Lite enough to use without a sholder strap . February 24, 2011
Easy operation Starting out, I really like the way you can start this machine on the first or second pull, with such little effort. It has a nice comforatable feel to it when operating. It never seems to run out of power on the thick stuff. February 24, 2011
128L starts easy, best of all it handles excellent in the classic Huskvarna tradition . the line feed system is the best I have dealt with February 24, 2011
Awesome weedeater! I love my husqvarna weedeater! Got a great price on it through eBay. Powerful, light, and the string is VERY EASY to load. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! February 24, 2011
Powerful Trimmer with Many Attachments The 128LD is a great power head for a wonderful trimmer. I purchased the Husqvarna because of the various attachments available and the repretation of the company. The string head is powerful and will make a short job out of yard trimming. I also purchased an edger and blade attachments. The edger is great a cuts through even the thickest grass. The motor never boggs down not miss a beat. I would recommend this trimmer to any person that is serious in yard work and wants a machine that is built. The only area of concern is the switching of the attachments. The edger and blade attachments connect fast and easy but the string trimmer attachment is difficut to connect. The cable coupling on the string stimmer itself is hard to connect to the power head because the coupling does not easly plug into the power head shaft. Takes me several tries to make the connect. Other that the coupling you have a great product. February 24, 2011
Handy Trimmer Gets the job done. I challenge it with knapweed which is tuff stalky stuff. Match the pace with the trimmer and it moves right along. Fun to use. you can hear the weeds tremble when I fire it up. February 24, 2011
