Good but not Great
Replaced a 7yr old Bolens that had started leaking oil. Attachments for the Husqvarna are it's greatest benefit. No need to buy separate gas power equipment for the periodic home use which also beats dragging cords around. However, the trimmers on the market today for home users lack power. I'm speculating this is more driven by regulations and to run cleaner and to cut down on noise, however, it takes me longer so I'm not sure of the trade-offs. Good for home use but in thick brush doubt it would hold up.

Trimmer with powee
The 128DJx trimmer is loaded with power, probably more than the average homeowner needs. I purchased it with adding attachments in mind. The edge trimmer I got with it works well but not as well as a stand-alone edger, which is not unexpected. The trimmer is heavy and could use a shoulder strap. The straight shaft is more powerfull than the curved but the curved is easier to handle and works better as an edger for light trimming. It takes more than 4 pulls to start and requires attention to prevent stalls. Haven't replaced string yet, the original doesn't seem to be lasting very long, and the directions are terrible, all pictures, but the bump feed works well. I expect a long life from a company who's quality should be above average.

Great trimmer. High rpm motor which makes trimming bigger weeds a breeze. Starts easily and cuts very well.
