HUSQVARNA 562 XP®
The 562XP is an EXCELLENT Chainsaw
I purchased the Husqvarna 562XP as my first Husqvarna I have owned. After my initial internet review of the saw and visiting my Dealer, I decided on the 562XP because of all the features and the awesome balance, weight, and power. When I finally got out in the woods with the saw, I was rewarded with a very good purchase. The power is outstanding, the chain speed and torque made me glad I purchased this model. I can say that Huqvarna did their research on the 562XP! Very High quality, durable chainsaw that won't let you down in the woods.

balance very good.
Replaced 372XP with the 562XP has lot less power and has a hesitation in throttle and starts hard.
When I registered Web site said I would receive a XL TEE SHIRT I never did!

I bought this saw this morning based on the reviews. Best saw I have EVER used. The dealer said it was a little overkill for my use cutting firewood ( about 25-30 cord a year ) and recommended a 357 or similar saw with a 2 year warranty.
I liked this one because it had more useable power, 2 lbs. lighter, narrower chassis, higher revving engine. The price was a little steep but well worth it once I used it.
I upgraded from my John Deere CS56 and its like going from a Ford Model T to a new Mustang Cobra.

Another awesome saw in the Auto-Tune family
This is my third AT saw. 576AT, 550xp and now the 562xp. Very impressive 60cc saw. It's got the grunt to hang with the 372xp! No tuning required. It's a start and go saw, winter or summer. Awesome torque and rpms will simply leave a smile on your face. My AT's have not had any hot start issues and I'm happy thus far. Well balanced and low vibes. Try one and you won't be disappointed.

Step up my game
Been using a 455 for years and still happy with the saw. Wanted a saw with a little more muscle; so decided to upgrade to an XP..... Great decision!
Light weight, but so much power and speed. The 562 is a life saver after hurricane Sandy and strong nor'easters. I like the ability to adjust the oiler and the vibration dampening can't be beat. I use a MS460 at work and its a handful.....tiring.
I can use the 562 all day and still feel my hands...nice.
Price was a bit steep; however, you get what you pay for.
So far I like the autotune feature. My Husky dealer is also top notch.
New England firewood does not stand a chance.

Big Pine Logger
What can I say about this saw it is a great product. Husq really put a lot of engineering and thought in this product. Had stopped using Husq products 288Xp,51,266xp because I thought all of the good products were gone. I was wrong from a 391,044,440 stihl user 2 years ago back to a husq man. I have owned my 562 for a year and a hafe and just ordered my 2nd one. Love it thanks for bringing back the XP.

I have used a lot of saws over the years, I own over 20, and this is the best one I have ever used. It isn't as powerful as the larger XP saws, but it is, in my opinion, the best mid-range saw you can buy. I use it as a fire wood saw. It took about 4 tanks of fuel before it really started to break in. I love the looks of it as well. I would recommend this saw to anyone. I will be purchasing the new 550XP in a few months for my wife, and I bet it will be right up there as well, as one of the best.

It's hard to describe what the difference between this saw, and comparable saws is, exactly. Unless you actually grab hold of this saw, and feel how aggressive it really is, you would not believe anything you read about it. The 562 is light, strong, tough, and surprising for a 60cc saw. If you are looking for a saw that feels like a 50cc, but performs like a 70, look no further. A colleage of mine was bucking a 30"+ log into firewood rounds with his Husky 55R. I handed him the 562, and after a few cuts, he was left speechless.
Plus the saw looks cool.
