My pressure washer has been outstanding. Cranks on first pull almost always. It may take 2 or 3 pulls if it has been without use for a few months. Delivers the pressure I need. I'm needing to replace the wand after several years of use but that's expected with time and use. My experience has been great!

Defective out of the box
HUSQVARNA is well known and very respected that's why when I saw this model I was happy to buy it. I had read some mixed reviews, but based on the fuel capacity and the detergent reservoir I was sold.
I ordered the product and after about an hour putting it together, (following all instructions of course#, I came to the part to add the fuel. Immediately after adding the fuel, I saw a stream #not drip, but stream) of fuel coming out of the air filter compartment. So obviously the product was defective right from the manufacturer.
I also did not like the set up location for the pressure hose which made things cumbersome. The front wheels are not bolted to the chassis, so the moment you lift the pressure washer, the wheels come off, which is also a pain.
Given the fact the product was defective coming directly from manufacturer, I didn't take any chances. I returned it immediately. If it was put together correctly, who knows what else could be wrong with it.

Bought a 3100 at Christmas 2013 at local Lowes.
Sat in box until May 2014.
Worked for (4) hours before pump complete exploded.
Lowes told me I needed to take to a Husqvarna service center.
Took it to local one in May.
Still there. NO PUMP available.
Service center calls regularly and date for pump is always extended further out.
Multiple calls to corporate and no response.
5 months !!!!

I purchased the 3100 in August 2014 a birthday present from my wife. I think she was trying to tell me something.
After I put it together she fired right and worked like a charm.
I am very please with it except i can not find out how to drain the washer tank for storage.
I am having trouble finding someone who knows.

All the homeowner needs...
I used to own a pressure washing business where I used very high end pressure washers at around $5K each. For the homeowner, this is all you need. I've used it for concrete cleaning, deck cleaning and refurbishing and I have no complaints. I'm probably going to upgrade the hose to a longer one but for what I'm using it for now it really does the trick. For residential use it's everything you'll need, I've been very satisfied with it's performance so far!!

You won't be disappointed
I've been looking at the PW3100 for quite awhile and checking out on-line reviews. I knew when they went on sale I would buy one and did just that last weekend. I also used my Lowes card and got another 5% knocked off.
Unboxing and setup was quick and easy. The setup instructions were easy to follow and quite good. I had a cheaper power washer that worked good for many years but after using the new PW3100 I couldn't believe how much better it was. I pay extra for good tools and this is no exception. After assembly I added oil and fuel then hooked up the water hose. This thing started right up on the second pull. It was only about 36 degrees outside and it ran beautifully. Although it seemed a bit cold blooded and had to use the choke between starts. Power is exceptional and really don't know why anyone would spend the extra money on the PW3300 with more psi... The long 40ft hose is nice to get around the car but since it was cold out I had trouble keeping the hose uncoiled. Love the power, the big gas tank and the way it looks. It was suppose to get below freezing that night so I wheeled it to my basement since I didn't have antifreeze for the pump. Actually, I would rather keep it in the basement anyway and not take the chance. I'm ready for Spring so I can put it through the paces.
