Bad experience My product worked 3 times before pump went out got the run around about getting pump so gave up April 12, 2015
Unbelievable Bought a 3100 at Christmas 2013 at local Lowes. Sat in box until May 2014. Worked for (4) hours before pump complete exploded. Lowes told me I needed to take to a Husqvarna service center. Took it to local one in May. Still there. NO PUMP available. Service center calls regularly and date for pump is always extended further out. Multiple calls to corporate and no response. 5 months !!!! October 10, 2014
Washer tank I purchased the 3100 in August 2014 a birthday present from my wife. I think she was trying to tell me something. After I put it together she fired right and worked like a charm. I am very please with it except i can not find out how to drain the washer tank for storage. I am having trouble finding someone who knows. September 8, 2014
All the homeowner needs... I used to own a pressure washing business where I used very high end pressure washers at around $5K each. For the homeowner, this is all you need. I've used it for concrete cleaning, deck cleaning and refurbishing and I have no complaints. I'm probably going to upgrade the hose to a longer one but for what I'm using it for now it really does the trick. For residential use it's everything you'll need, I've been very satisfied with it's performance so far!! April 21, 2014
You won't be disappointed I've been looking at the PW3100 for quite awhile and checking out on-line reviews. I knew when they went on sale I would buy one and did just that last weekend. I also used my Lowes card and got another 5% knocked off. Unboxing and setup was quick and easy. The setup instructions were easy to follow and quite good. I had a cheaper power washer that worked good for many years but after using the new PW3100 I couldn't believe how much better it was. I pay extra for good tools and this is no exception. After assembly I added oil and fuel then hooked up the water hose. This thing started right up on the second pull. It was only about 36 degrees outside and it ran beautifully. Although it seemed a bit cold blooded and had to use the choke between starts. Power is exceptional and really don't know why anyone would spend the extra money on the PW3300 with more psi... The long 40ft hose is nice to get around the car but since it was cold out I had trouble keeping the hose uncoiled. Love the power, the big gas tank and the way it looks. It was suppose to get below freezing that night so I wheeled it to my basement since I didn't have antifreeze for the pump. Actually, I would rather keep it in the basement anyway and not take the chance. I'm ready for Spring so I can put it through the paces. December 30, 2013
Dillon & Assoc. Pressure Washing (Bur, Cal) This pressure washer incorporates the basic fundamentals that are required to have a sucesful side-buisness. -Reliable power plant -Non-leaking quick connects -High pressure, with a homeowner price October 7, 2013
I got a lemon Right out of the package it the hose did not have the right end on it, so i had to go buy aftermarket parts just to get it to work! Then after using it about 4 times it started blowing carbon all over a new concrete floor! September 30, 2013
WOW! Powerful and loaded with great features... This is my third power washer in 11 years. By far, it is the easiest to use, the most powerful, and the four wheel configuration makes it very portable, and easy to move around. It took me all of 20 minutes to assemble out of the box. The small wheels were a challenge to tighten, as I didn't have an open end 19MM wrench, and my Crescent wrench didn't fit in the space. Most of the controls are easy to access, and it starts first pull, EVERY TIME!. My only comment on Ergonomics, is the hose hanger is on the wrong side, and the hose sometimes gets into the back wheels. The fuel take is huge, I used the washer for 6 hours, only using a little more than half the fuel! The quick connects on both ends of the spray hose are nice to have, the supply hose connection is easy to access. I also have a Husqvarna lawn mower, and a Husqvarna gas trimmer, and buying a Husqvarna power washer was almost a foregone conclusion when I went into Lowe's last week. When it was on sale ($100 off), it made it an easy decision. August 15, 2013
