Best tractor I've ever had
My first lawn tractor was a Huskey 22HP. Biggest waste of money ever. I replaced that with a new 22HP Husqvarna, I forget the exact model number. Loved it, but sold it with my last home that I owened. Got a new home and yes a new YTH26V54. I have never had any problems with Husqvarna always starts and does what its meant to do. I will keep my loyalty with Husqvarna!!!!

This tractor does the job, and has good power (26hp). Only con is the limited traction when climbing a mild grade.

I think a larger steering wheel or power steering would help with the comfort when mowing large amount of property.

Lawn tractor 54inch cut
The tractor is very comfortable to ride and easy to manuaver.
It will take me a few more adjustments to get the deck set just right, but, for now it makes the deck look like it is not cutting on the middle blade.
I do like the looks and am in love with the most comfortable seat I have ever sat in on a lawn tractor and this is what sold me on it.

I love it!
My first riding mower. I am the envy of the neighborhood. I am finished in a third of the time that it usually takes to mow my yard. The grass is cut with one pass and it looks great! Thank you Husqvarna!

Overall, the machine is pretty good.Turns on a dime, plenty of power, cuts evenly and is comfortable to operate and its as fast as they claim. If you're mowing football fields that are nice and flat, you'll never have a problem, but if you're not, you'll be pushing it a lot. The tires are too narrow and spin when backing on damp grass or trying to mow uphill. Fortunately, I still had my 18hp Craftsman that gave up and I swapped the rear tires that were much wider and already had the additional 55 lb weights on each wheel. This solved that problem. The other issue is that the emergency shut off switch is in the middle of the seat and if you lean the slightest amount to sidecut a hill, it'll kill the engine.

Kid napped Tractor
After taking our tractor home my wife wanted to try it out I haven't had to cut the grass since...I don't miss cutting the grass but would like to have a chance to drive it...It does a great job and must be fun to operate...I may have to buy another one to find out!

It is great from an overnight start. If I export it on a trailer then start it; it takes awhile before it actually goes ( chokes up). Checked everything, filters/ oil and ok. Lowes tells me to let it break in.
