Good but not complete The saw came without some basic necessities like a scrench, and a carb adjustment tool. The carb adjustment tool is a necessity because they are tuned rich and must be adjusted after some use. Without some tuning, the saw simply would not work. So the carb tool is a necessity. This product has great features This saw runs great has alot of torque. Good on fuel and don't vibrate like some saws. Cranks every time. It does everything I need for it to do around my house with out any problems. The price was great too. February 24, 2011
Husq. Chainsaw 435 This product was puchased to clean up brush on the farm resulting from some severe ice storms and to cut firewood . It has been easy to start and has plenty of power . I enjoy having equipment this reliable and find it to be excellent compared to other brands I have used and worn out!. Larry S. Gaynor, Cattle Farmer,Ret. Civil Engr. February 24, 2011
Excellent cutting but hard to start when hot This is the best cutting chain saw that I ever had. It is easy to refuel, adjust and/or change the chain, and change the air filter. It starts easy when cold. The major problem with it is that it will not start when hot and I have to wait a few hours to start it after it is hot. In addition, the authorized Husqvarna service dealers near me would not check the hot-start problem (during the warranty period) because I bought it elsewhere! One authorized service dealer offered to check it but not as a warranty item and wanted to charge me a fee up front since I did not buy it at his store. Another authorized service dealer would not consider looking at it because I bought it elsewhere. The store where I bought it would not help because I did not buy their service plan for an additional cost. So, I am stuck with using the saw for only one tank of fuel per day! February 24, 2011
The best chainsaw I ever owned. I have a acre of property backing up to a forest preserve and have a lot of debris from the trees after a storm. My new Husqvarna chainsaw comes in handy for the cleanup. It's definately a must have tool for me. Paul G. February 24, 2011
