150BT Blower We have big mature oak trees on our property that produce a lot of leaves and acorns. This blower does a great job of removing them and uses a minimum amount of fuel. It is very comfortable and the noise level is surprisingly low considering the volume of air it is producing. The quality of the product is typical for Husqvarna, top notch. Thanks again for a great product. December 11, 2013
Great Blower I purchased this blower on sale at Lowes. It was fairly simple to assemble and started great right out of the box. It's a little heavy but once it's on your back it's quite comfortable. Tremendous amount of power! I was using a corded leaf blower and there is NO COMPARISON. And, I don't have a cord getting hung up on everything in the yard. December 9, 2013
150BT Blower Bought this blower to replace my 9 year old Husky 145BT blower, that was in for repair, during peak leaf season here in Michigan. This blower is lighter, quiter and significantly more powerful than my 145BT. If I would have known how much better this blower was than my dependable 145BT I may have purchased a few years earlier. 150BT blower Needed change from 125 hand held blower as right elbow sore. Purchased during sale and extended warranty with oil purchase. 1. About 30% more powerful than hand held blower. 2. Very quiet. 3..Easy to start but must hold down with hand/knee while pulling cord. Always starts in three pulls from the very first time. 4. Easy to assemble/no lube on pipe required. 5. Not quite as easy to use as compared to hand held as have many trees and lots of tight spots but trade off is no problem. 6. slight vibration at idle but goes away at higher RPM's. 7. Easy to put on but could use a strap across front to retain shoulder strap during contortions while blowing in under tall bushes with low branches. 8. Very happy and expect years of use similar to 125. I blow and bag four truckloads of leaves every year. I wore out two 'consumer hand held blowers"; only lasted year and half each. December 3, 2013
No More Leaves For years I have used the hand held (electric and gas) and due to their price, never thought about a back pack. The hand helds never lasted more than 7 years and my shoulders started hurting using them. Hurting to the point of messing with my golf swing! I did a lot of research and found that "Huskie" was the only good option. Very comfortable to use and so far has started with no more than 2 pulls. I have really enjoyed using it and would recommend this to anyone. December 2, 2013
Good blower I have over an acre with a lot of old maple and oak trees. Leaf and acorn cleanup is a big job for me. I bought the 150BT this fall and am very happy with it. It has plenty of power and doesn't wear me (64yrs old) out. Since I just got this blower, I really can't comment on the durability, but other than that I recommend it highly. December 1, 2013
This product is amazing Purchased this blower at Lowes. What a great blower.Starts on first or second pull every time,It is very quiet and has never missed a beat.It also has the same performance as the much more expensive Stihl 600 4 mix.For my 1 acre lot this blower is outstanding.Absolutetly love it. Needed a Stihl blower at an affordable price Bought this blower a Lowes while it was on sale. Would have loved to own a Stihl but the price of a comparable Stihl blower is not cost effective if you don't use it everyday. This blower works well and blows great! It starts easily and has worked flawlessly so far. November 26, 2013
