excellent piece of equipment
Just bought the bt130 about 1 month ago. I absolutely love it. I am 53, female, with a bad back. I have an acre yard with over 100 oak trees. The leaves are a real pain. This little machine makes the work so much easier. I didn't do anything with my leaves this year until I got my new backpack BT130, I could hardly believe the ease of this little machine. I even let my next door neighbors son who is only 9 use it. He wanted one for his birthday. The only complaint I have is, they could include a narrower nozzle for the end of the blowing tube.
I could not believe the blowing power. It moves large amount of leaves, wet or dry. It even blows all of my little bitty acorns along with the leaves.
I have already recommended this to several other people.

Good in almost every way
I was looking for a good value in a backpack blower and just walked up on a sale at Lowe's. It was a good price for the blower and came with a quart of premixed fuel. It was pretty easy to assemble and started on the second pull. Runs nicely throughout the power range giving you the option of fingertip control of the speed or locking the speed on so you don't have to hold the trigger. Two things: you really need to run this on premium fuel to get the best results. I run regular gasoline in everything but you will have a harder start if you use regular and it seemed less power. The second is something Husqvarna should consider: get rid of the third straight tube only a 7' person would need and include the optional flared fitting at the bottom of the tube. Right now I have an extra tube sitting in my garage unused because I am only 6' tall and could use an angled end instead.

The 130BT is amazing.
Okay, first let me start by saying that if you are the proud owner of several acres of land or more, this blower may or may not be for you. I have less than an acre, a very large white ash tree and 2 silver maples. The back of my yard is easement property, and has several types of trees that drop leaves on my lawn. The neighbors have several pin oak and gumball trees that litter my yard as well. Because of prior reviews on the 130BT, I almost didn't buy it, instead I was leaning toward the 150BT. I went to Lowes, who had both on display, and walked up and down the isle with them. The 150BT was significantly heavier, pulling on my shoulders, which I found uncomfortable even after 5 minutes. I can't imagine how it would feel after an hour or 2. So, I bought the 130BT hoping it would be enough. I just finished blowing the leaves in my yard about 2 months ago with my brothers Echo, which has a little less puff then the 130BT. It weighs about 1 pound less, but I was only able to move the leaves into a big pile and not move them to the back fence and out the gate. I brought home the 130BT, plus I bought a flat nozzle on line, shipped for under $20. I added the flat nozzle, fired it up and started to push this large pile all the way to the back of my yard. Like the title says, this thing is amazing. It has now saved me time, because I was going to have to pick that large pile up by hand. It has enough power for my yard. The light weight and low vibration, makes it a great blower. I am so pleased that I purchased this blower. I also had 10% off at Lowe's, so the entire purchase, with the flat nozzle, was under full price. Again, I just want to say, some people may not want to spend an hour or so blowing leaves off their yard. However, I can't see how the 150BT would cut that time in half. In closing, this blower fired up right out of the box with just 2 pulls. I've used it 3 times now and it only requires 2 very easy pulls to start. It sips gas and the flat nozzle seems to do a better job moving wet leaves. It seems to add MPH to the air flow and just lifts the wet stuck down leaves up and pushes them 10-15 feet away. I live in St Louis, the 10 inches of snow we were slammed with has finally melted, so the leaves were still soaked when I moved this large pile. This thing is amazing and I'm glad I bought it.

This product does everything you need it to do.
I am a 57 year old female and this is a great backpack blower. It is not too heavy and is very easy to start. It is so convenient I would recommend it to anyone. Not having electrical cords get in the way is such an advantage. It seems to be very durable and has plenty of power.

Little Engine That Could
Perfect consumer grade backpack leaf blower! I believe I have received great value for my dollar and it has met my expectations. Blower has performed well for what I need it for (i.e. blowing leaves and debris in my yard), I find myself wishing for more power, but not sure if the extra dollars for the 150 would be justified. Very comfortable on my back and most importantly, it is light enough for my wife to use as well. I have used the blower 3X so far and am have not been disappointed.

This thing really blows! (And that's a compliment!)
This is my first gas powered blower and I love it! Very powerful and I rarely even have to use full throttle to blow leaves around. I also purchased the Husqvarna fuel, (can tell by the smell, it's basically race gas like I used to run in my road race motorcycles) and the thing starts easily every time, no trouble at all. I rode Husqvarna dirt bikes for years back in the 80's and the fit & finish, quality of materials, and performance is what I expect from Husqvarna, excellent! Only thing I wish for is that it would come with the flat nozzle attachment.

Seized up. Can it be fixed?
I forgot to put the correct gas/ oil mixture in and it just stopped now I can't pull the cord even after it has cooled off. I love this 130bt it's the best one I have ever owned . I'm so mad at myself. Does any one know if it can be fixed?
