Excellent machine with plenty of power
After looking all over the net and discussions with other product owners I went with this machine. I am impressed by the amount of power this unit has; the heavy grass blade is very versatile when cutting brush and tall weeds. It doesn't require tons of throttle to cut and will get you a lot of run time on a tank of gas. Swapping of heads is simple and fairly quick. I use this machine for every cutting purpose on our property and couldn't be happier. It's easy to start and idles nicely. The harness adjusts easy and the machine also balances well. IMO there isn't much else to ask from a machine of this caliber. I have a moderate amount of time on it and durability is great so far. I would recommend this to anyone!!!! And I already have!!!!! Long live 2 strokes!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Still some reservations
The 2 piece grips and 2 piece handle base (where harness attaches) is a step back in quality over older units IMO.
Very easy to start which is what counts a whole lot in my book. Very good on gas which is also a plus.
It packs plenty of power and is the good all rounder I was looking for (I have the 265R powerhouse and 232L so this fills the void nicely). Will tackle a 5inch pine with no hesitation and still efficient enough to eat brush with the grass blade for hours.
I had issue with the powerhead/shaft rotating through the grips during some hard use but believe I have tightened it sufficiently to prevent this from recurring - was not what I was expecting from such a unit though (see pic).
In all I feel I have compromised a little with this unit. I think the motor has plenty of power but feel the integrity of the rest of the unit may shorten the life of this somewhat.

this thing rocks!
It's new, but kicks butt in the woods. With the blade it cuts 3 and 4 inch diameter trees like butter. Balanced and easy to handle. The trimmer head cuts through some pretty thick stuff, too.
