Saves me about four hours This blower was the best piece of yard equipment I ever bought. I have a little over a 1/2 acre yard with very large trees. With my previous blower it took me almost 4 1/2 hours to clear my yard, now it takes 30 minutes. Well worth every penny . Powerful , comfortable , and started up with ease. I highly recommend this product . October 26, 2012
150BT wow In a day of products that do not deliver expected quality and value, this tool knocks it out of the park. Great preformance, reliable, power, and affordable. I have 3 giant oak trees, 75-100 ash trees on 3/4 acre of land and this tool can blow all the leaves into the woods. I may be able to get rid of my rakes! Thank-you for making my life a lot easier! The 150BT is a great blower overall Since my handheld blower (Husq 125B) has been a very reliable tool, I felt confident in going with another Husqvarna product when upgrading to a backpack. Out of the box, I had this blower together in about 10 minutes. I have been using this blower for only about a week now, and I am very pleased with it. It has started up on the first pull every time (provided I had the switch in the "on" position). The blower is comfortable to have on. The throttle lever handle is positioned well, while the swivel and sliding of the grip is very handy. October 23, 2012
Happy in New England I live in Maine and we have about an acre of mostly Maple, Oak and Pine trees. I mow about half of that. This year must have been a record harvest of acorns and pine cones which feed many animals and birds but are a mess. I had a 170 MPH hand-held blower and would come to a point where it just couldn't move the leaves at a certain height and weight. This slowed me down and wasted gas as I slowly moved part of the pile at a time. With the new blower it just blows the leaves, pine needles, acorns, and pine cones, period. No lines...no waiting. I heard the the instructions were not great and that was true. There have been so many comments about this so you might want to take the hint. The drawings are very small without the level of detail I would have expected, that I needed, or I would have included if I designed it. So I went on YouTube and found several great videos that showed set-up and all aspects or running the machine. Your YouTube videos were extremely helpful, however, you should add a link to them on your website (unless I missed it). With the videos set-up was a breeze. You will need extra tools than the one provided. Overall I am very satisfied and after the first start it started on the first pull every time. I also had no issue with the noise using my ear protectors. I used about a tank and a half to do my yard and noticed no smoke or smell. It is difficult to see how you could go wrong. I am going to see if I can find the additional handle on the left side of the blower arm that I have seen in photographs. I think that would also allow me to use my left hand to move the arm instead of just my right. I am 6'4" tall and the machine works for my hight if that is ever a question for you. It would be a nice option to be able to purchase any extra length of pipe on the website. Thank you Lowe's for the sale which saved a few dollars. Husqvarna, thanks for a great product. First real leaf blower It's hard for me to rate much on this, I just used it for the first time today. I had an old 1995 no name thing I used a few times this summer, but holy cow, this thing blows a mean wind! It took a little work to assemble the tube, the directions could have been a little easier--plus, I still don't know what the leftover wire piece is for, or the strap on the right side with the 'o' ring. But it did start up easy (make sure to purge the air bulb on the bottom of the carb) and it really moves leaves and debris! I raked or used a rider mower before to clean up leaves, but I will never do that again after using this thing! I still don't quite get the throttle positioning thing, but I just left in the idle position after I got it started, then used the 'cruise control' device to keep it blowing. I thought I unit was rather light--I didn't even hardly use the waist belt. I have to say, after today, I'm actually looking forward to Fall! October 20, 2012
Amazing Blower This is my first Husqvarna 150bt it is an amazing piece of machinery. Built very well. Very powerful. Starts everytime on first pull. Amazing blowing power! Will reccommend this product to everyone. Very Very Happy!!!!!!!!! October 20, 2012
backpack excels This is my first backpack blower and it far exceeds the standard hand held units ....great flexibility , power , lighter than expected .I would prefer to strap it on before starting but this does not appear possible. October 19, 2012
small use this is a great thing for small landowners, however it is not powerful enough for heavy commercial use. it would take much more air power to be a fully commercial blower. it is great for small stuff though. starts w/ one pull. October 17, 2012
