Quiet and Powerful
Much quieter than my old Stihl blower/vac. Does a fine job mulching, and converting from vac to blower is easy.

Love My 125BVx
This has been one of the best blower/vac's that I have purchased. The engine starts easily and runs quieter than others. It's air speed is excellent and with the cruise control lever next to the thumb position on the handle makes for easy adjustments and less fatigue while gripping the blower. The nozzle does a very commendable job of blowing the leaves from the lawn, clearing debris from the walks and driveway and blowing leaves from borders. The vacuum does an excellent job of mulching and the bag is larger than other brands. Attaching and deattaching the vacuum tube can be somewhat cumbersome and if not locked in securely will fall off while vacuuming. Restarting the engine during the vacuuming operation with the bag strap over your shoulder requires good dexterity and is quite awkward.

Top-rated blower in my hands (when its working)
Purchased last year 11-21-11 for $200 plus. Read the reviews and the 125BVX was to be the one for me. Never owned or used Husqvarna products but heard they were pretty good. The blower is well built and generates excellent air speed, on par if not better than the 9 year old WeedEater blower that stopped working for me last year. Easy to start, nozzle detaches easily, have not used the vacuum tube with bag yet. Only wish it were more durable as I just had it in the shop when it stopped running on me. Dealer replaced the kit fuel line grommet to the tune of $50. Told me I was at fault due to lousy fuel and the Stabile fuel stabilizer wasn't good enough. I wish that Husqvarna would recommend a fuel stabilizer product in their literature or on the box, it could have saved me $50. Not too happy with how the dealer interacted with me on this problem.

Easy to start and blows great. I think it is more powerful than any of my previous leaf blowers. I really like how it performs. On the vacuum side, whoa nellie! If I get it too close to the ground, I feel like it's going to suck the entire earth up into it! That is one powerful vacuum. The only things I don't like is that the tube is probably a little too long for me (I'm 5'7") and getting the vacuum tube to lock onto the blower itself is difficult. I had to brace it against my work bench to hold the blower still while I tried to twist it on. Definitely a chore for those with smaller hands and lesser hand strength.

Very nice product
After reading some of the reviews i was a little hesitant to buy the product, but the more I read I think people want the product to blow or vacuum all the leaves in 5 minutes and some shouldn't really be using the product if they are having some of the starting and operating problems that they describe. I did get the true fuel to eliminate the ethanol problems. I wanted the Husqvarna since I have had zero problems with my 55cc chainsaw that I purchased 15 years ago.

Wonderful tool! Ive been using this blower all fall. Starts easy and really gets the job done. I love Husqvarna products as I also own a Husky 372 chainsaw that has never let me down in the 9 years Ive had it.I wouldnt buy any thing else!

3rd time is NOT charm
So, the continuing saga, I took my 2nd 125BVx back that wouldn't start but because Lowes policy is not to give a refund but a cash card instead I went to a different Lowes and got a 3rd unit. Went home, checked the plug gap, poured in entirely new fuel-oil mix and wella! It simply would not start. I think there is a bad batch of these things with no spark/ignition. Boy am I disappointed. I call Customer service number and am left on perpetual hold. Rather than take the unit back, I trashed it and bought an Echo. It starts the very first time on the fifth pull. Husqvarna you really let me down!

Compared to my 10 year old Craftsman blower this is a great unit. Very light weight and good power. It was a little difficult to start for the first time but once I got gas flowing it starts very easy. The throttle holder is a good feature that keeps me from reving it all the time but rather holding it at a steady speed.
It is VERY quiet! I always used ear plugs with my old blower and still do with this one but have forgotten them a time or two because this blower is QUIET.
I am right handed and when I shift to my left arm it will pull my pant leg into the screen if I don't hold it out. A little tricky for a left hander I would think - but you guys have been doing that all your life in this right-handed world.
Since it is only a month old I can't speak to durability. One thing I am doing is using only NON-ethanol gas in all my engines. I hope to avoid some of the gas line and carb problems I've had in the past.
