Cutting MACHINE
My first gas powered hedge trimmer. I can only say "WOW". I just wish I hadn't waited so long to purchase this trimmer. This unit cuts through my hedges with little effort on it's part. Easily cuts 3/4 to 1 inch diameter limbs, but also manicures dense shrubs with clean cut. PLENTY of power, hefty solid feel in your hands. Vibration dampers work great, very little vibration back to your hands. Easy pull start, always fires up on first or second pull. Comes fully assembled.

More than I wanted to spend but worth it
Was able to start on the first try. Used it for a whole tank of gas and didn't slow it down.

10x the Power and More Time for Me
I've used corded / cordless trimmers for 25 years--always wanting, but never being able to justify the cost of a gas hedge trimmer. I finally said: Enough! and bought the 123HD60 this past Spring. Within the first 5 minutes of use, I was convinced I had made the right choice. Within an hour I completed my trimming, which before, took three or more hours. No more waiting for batteries to charge, struggling with a 100-foot extension cord, and, best of all, no more underpowered trimmer. After 5 years of neglect my Spring trimming of bushes, shrubs, and grasses was complete--I had restored the curb appeal our home had when we first had it built! I'm eagerly awaiting my Fall trimming!

Freedom
I used to drag the electrical cord around with the electric hedge trimmer, cut the cord, then go get another. With this hedge trimmer, pull the cord, trim the hedges, and I'm done. It has plenty of power, and starts very easy.

The 123HD60
I really liked the handling characteristics of this trimmer so much more than the Yard Works model used to own. The smart start recoil system makes using this model a dream. And the rotating handle makes different jobs a breeze.
