I love my Husqvarna
I put the tractor through almost anything I can throw at it from pulling a cart with trees to cutting 2 acres of grass, pulling rocks out over 100 lbs and it keeps on going.
As my wife said it is an expensive investment take care of it now she uses it and I can sit and drink a beer.

Great Product
I had bought a Husqvarna from Sears and was sorely disappointed with their service (had problems day one). Returned it to Sears and bought the YTH24V48LS from Cavalier International and love it. The service from Cavalier is top notch and I will continue to buy from them. I have been a huge Husqvarna fan for some time and this is my third Husqvarna product. The others are a backpack blower and a chainsaw.

Total Tank
I bought this mower 4 months ago. I have thrown everything I possibly can at it. I've used the brush guard as a battering ram to push down 3 inch thick trees, I've used it to pull up trees as big as 8 inches around. I've pulled cars, trailers, and boats with it. I've literally done everything your not supposed to do. And this tractor takes it in swing. Still looks and runs like it't brand new. I would highly recommend this mower to anyone with a demanding, rough, tractor destroying yard. A+++ Husqvarna

Off to a bad start
We bought this tractor to replace our tired Craftsman that my wife couldn't use because of pedals out of her reach. She could reach everything on this tractor. We opted to buy it from a local dealer instead of Lowes. The salesman could not get it started when we first looked at it, to the point I asked him to stop trying for fear of burning up the starter. They were delivering it, so when we left, they were pushing it to the garage, and we were assured it would be in tip top condition when delivered. He started it on the trailer on delivery, but it reluctantly started. He went over the controls, and I pulled it into the garage before he left. Three hours later when I went to pull it to the back of the garage, it wouldn't start and we had to push it. I called the following day, and they came to check it out. After ten minutes of cranking and praying, it started. After running for awhile, we shut it down, and it started three times while they were at the house. The following morning it wouldn't start, so I took the air cleaner off and used starting fluid. It started. Used it to cut grass, and talked to my neighbor for half an hour. Wouldn't start 3/4 acre away from my house. We were going to tow it with a ATV when the neighbor asked if he could open the hood and look. He held something at the front of the motor and said to try and start it, it started right up. The little clamp that holds the throttle cable was loose, not allowing the carb to go to choke. He held the choke thing, while I tightened the clamp bolt. Starting issue solved. Reverse is real slow. Transmission whines a good bit. Instead of calling dealer I asked my neighbor. He says it wasn't purged right when new to get the air out. We just put it away for winter. so I let the dealer know of the problem, and they said if it was an issue next spring, they would service it. Even though the hood is steel, the plastic makes it flimsy. We misted it with water, "not a soak", and the headlights got water in them, so they're not sealed. The mower cut nice when it ran, and the heavy deck is awsome. We plan to buy a mulch kit over the winter and put on next spring. We really like the tractor, hopefully we get the bugs out.

Great
So far this tractor has been great. Could use a little more traction and weigh on the front tires for turning but other than that great.

Stout Piece of Equipment
I've put 7 hours on the machine and it has been a dream. Engine starts easily with little choke. Plenty of power for cutting grass and inclines. The thing actually have some nice design lines and the deck is built like a tank. I also like the fabric seat and rubber covered steering wheel. Fuel consumption is very minimal for my yard. It takes me about 50 minutes to cut front and back. So far I've cut both front and back about 3-4 times with gas still in the tank. The ride is very solid. Turning is good. I've used a mower that turned tighter but you end up digging your own hole. I do have some squeaking noise at idle but I found it to be the front deck roller rattling on the axle pin. It must remain loose so it does not bind and stops rattling once you put the deck down and start cutting.
Also like the handles on each fender and the analog amp meter.
My only complaint was the wait time after I placed my order. I wanted a different mower but this was the only one my dealer could get from the factory. It sounds like Husqvarna had/has a logistics problem but they still managed to produce a good product.

Tough tractor, but tough start
I've had this tractor for a full year now. It would be rated excellent if not for a few minor issues.
1. The tractor is tough to start the when it sits a few days.
2. Deck removal is EXTREMLY difficult.
Other than these issues the tractor is comfortable, powerfull, and reliable.
For the price the motor should star easier, and the deck removal should be easier or at least a better set of directions, or a video online foer deck removal and installation.
