Excellent Service From Dealer As Well As Product. First off, I am very, very satisfied with my dealers' inventory, of not only saws, but accesories as well. The saw has performed flawlessly. I owned several Stihl's before this, but owned several Husky's before those and I missed everything the husky had to offer. The antivibe is incredible, the bar oiling to fuel consumption ratio is great, the looks are awesome, and the air filtration is also the best there is. Stihl can't touch it. I have put several hours on the saw an have yet to need to clean the air filter of even dust! When Husqvarna describes all their features regarding antivibe, fuel consumption, operation comfort, and air filtration, believe it! Anyone can say it, but Husqvarna has really done it to an exceptional level. January 5, 2012
Extremely disappointed This Saturday I purchased 372 xp chain saw, brought home and it won't start. After reading forums it seems there is common problem with carburetor. I should have bought Stihl. I will try to return it on Tuesday and get Stihl. In the future I will not buy any Husqvarna products. Quality has slipped and its not worth the money. Echo will start on first pull and it does not cost $800. I am extremely disappointed, I need to clean up after Hurricane Irene, and that bad purchased came in absolutely wrong time. September 4, 2011
Not for the weak at heart I bought my 372 XPW last summer and have been impressed time and time again ever since. Purchased the saw for felling and bucking some sizeable trees that took 2 cuts with other saws to keep from bogging them out. I put a 36inch bar and chain on it and have yet to find something that gives it hard time. Just when you think you found a it match you lay on the throttle and watch the chips fly... The owner of the store I purchased it at was unsure about the 36inch bar as the factory recommended a smaller as the biggest, but I am living proof it can handle it in the hardest of woods. It's a little on the heavy side for all day use bucking but when you need the power felling or cutting off stumps to be ground it stands up and yells is that all you got! The full wrap handle makes it versatile enough to cut in any position and lets you get right inside those big wedge cuts to get on thorugh on whatever you want to throw at this monster. The huge felling dogs that came with it can get a bite on even the most rotted of trunks. And of course the air injection leaves almost no mess inside the saw when you're done to have to clean out before moving on to the next one. August 8, 2011
372XPW I have a 32 inch bar on my 372XPW, running a full skip, I mostly use for falling big bull pines. Bull pines is your hardest Pine to get through and is very sappy. This saw makes short work of it. It is very well balanced for a big saw, very powerful. June 5, 2011
372 great saw i have ran a lot of saws the 395, 385, 359,455,and even a sthil . but the 372 for weight and size is by far the best all around saw to have. we cut down, trim, and occasionally buck with these saws. I'm getting ready to another saw and it will be a 372 May 28, 2011
gow logging 372 xp I just want to let every one know when it comes to saws a husky does it in the woods. I have run a 272 371 and 372 they are awesome all around saw plenty of speed for limbing and enough power for falling and bucking in a well not only light but very well balanced saw. Would recommend to anyone who really needs a saw reliability and performance is what I expect and mines never let me down in 4 years of services on my NEWEST one.u May 18, 2011
372xpw,almost gone I had a hard time locating this saw because of it being discontinued because of new epa requirements, sad. found my 2009 new old stock saw about a month or so ago, have about 5 or six tanks of gas thru it,not even completly broken in yet, and it's just a fantastic saw, all my other saw's(husky of course)i've got used and seized, had to fix them both,55epa,and a 288xp, a legenedary saw,if i could only have one, it would be the 372xpw by far. Have not had a chance to try the new 372xp x-torq yet, but have heard good things about it, however it's a epa mandated change to the regular 372 and it has'nt proven it's self yet, and i just say no to the epa. i've run a lot of different saw's, for me,you just cant go wrong with a pro grade husky. If you can find a 09 372xpw,buy it, before they are gone for good. May 4, 2011
