Great Saw I have had this saw for several months and fortunately had it during the Oct snowstorm in the northeast. I'm not a heavy user (no fireplace) but I really like the saw. The saw starts very easily and is well balanced. One of the nice features is that you can shut it off and it will restart right up. The automatic chain tensioning is GREAT. My old brand M I was constantly adjusting. a SR in CT December 23, 2011
HUSKY LITTLE CHAINSAW This chainsaw is easy starting and twice the Saw as my old Saws... Poulan, Homlite or Sears/Craftsman. It is an Get With-It and and Get-UR-Done Saw. January 3, 2012
235 e series Love my saw. Great for light work, starts easy and has a lot of of power. This saw will not let you down. December 21, 2011
this chain saw has issues When it is running it is quite good; cuts beautifully, it is clean and comfortable to handle BUT can not get it started. Have used it for a little over 1 hr, stalled it, and after lengtyh continueous attempts to restart I finally put it away in frustration. Wait one week and TRIED to start again. Following repeated failed attempts to start it, I took it back to the hardware store to find that "new" spark plug needed to be replaced. The hardware store person got it started. Just less than 10 minutes later (back home), after repeated attempts over a 20 min period of time and not starting...I quit! It is of no value unless it can run and getting it started is a MAJOR, if not impossible, challenge. I will be trying to sell it ASAP. December 10, 2011
not a good saw didn't run well. runs out of chain oil before gas. causing the bar and chain to over-heat. hard to start when warm. had trouble with motor freezing each time it was stopped after running briefly. happened about five times. retured it to get another saw but they refused to receive it back. sent it to shop and returned it to me. don't expect it to last long. running for the time being. This saw is a decent homeowner model As noted in the title this saw is ideal for the homeowner who is going to cut wood periodically. I found the saw to be easy to use, though I did have some trouble getting the saw started initially. I still like the smaller size of the saw. November 28, 2011
