great running saw!
This saw has been an excellent saw! It cuts fast! It sips fuel! It starts easy! I would recommend it to anyone!

346 xp e-tech
This is just getting broke in and is comming on strong ! Many guys would not think they need a pro rated saw for for cutting firewood as I do, but this saw is light, very powerful and with 18" bar is able to do any task I have tried. perfect size and power for what I do. This is best saw I have ever owned.

The weight of light unit is light for its power and performance
I own 7 Husqvarna products, three of which are chainsaws.
My first 20" saw was the 353 E Tech that I purchased 2 years ago. (I also own a 136 16") I am happy with that saw, but when I needed another, I decided the cost difference to go with a commercial grade saw might be worth it. I am very impressed with the power of the 346XP and I think it is reasonably priced for its quality and performance. It zips through hardwood with amazing speed and ease.
I am also amazed with the weight --- it weighs little more than the 353. As a 5'5" woman, I have no problem handling the saw. I highly recommend this saw. (I also like having a decompression button which makes both saws somewhat easier to start. If used to the old style saw, however, it takes a bit of getting used to.)

Love this saw, lightweight quick high revving. Great saw for limbing and cutting firewood. Reliable and easy to use.

Good Versital Chain Saw
I HAVE CUT PINE AND OAK WITH THE 346 XP AND IT CUT BOTH EXTREMLY WELL. SOME OF THESE CUTS WERE AVERAGE AND MOST WEREFULL BAR CUTS WHERE YOU COULDN'T REACH ALL THE WAY THROUGH AND HAD TO GO TO THE OTHER SIDE TO FINISH CUTTING IT INTO. THIS IS MY FIRST HUSKY BUT NOT MY FIRST SAW. I OWN SAWS WITH 36 INCH BARS DOWN TO 12 INCH BARS SIX TOTAL COUNTING THE HUSKY. I HAVE HAD TO FIGHT WITH THE GREASE GUN FOR THE BAR BUT THE SAW HAS WORKED FLAWLESS.

What Power and Safety
This chainsaw is perfect for my use. The purchase price was great for a pro chainsaw. I was using my brother-in-laws Stihl and the 346 XP E-tech triobrake beats it hands down in the performance field. My son Dan says this saw is awesome.I have two wood stoves and 13 acres of hardwoods. I use it for evrything including clearing deadfalls and preparing for the winters use. This chainsaws safety features and power are what really sold me. It has the power to get the job done quickly and the safety features to rely on if an awkard angle is encountered. The trio brake is just the ticket to ensure a safe and quick days cutting. I recommend this saw to evryone. Thanks Husqvarna for a great product.

huge upgrade
I previuosly has a model 55. Even though it is a smaller saw it can cut almost twice as fast as the 55. Little to no vibration and 2 lbs. lighter. Pay the extra and pick up the XP models.
