The saw starts and runs great. It makes cutting brush a breeze. The only comment would be to have a little more toe room to hold the saw for starting.
I also bought the homeowner chaps. My comment for these would be to make the legs mirror copies so the buckles would all be accessible down the center. The right leg is easy, the left leg snaps are almost behind you. Still a nice product.

Good saw if it starts
I have owned a Husky 345 before and thats why I bought this one. The only real problem I've had is starting it. The instructions say to push the air purge button six times, but that only floods the engine. I've taken it to the local dealer and he can't find anything wrong. It takes about ten pulls to start it cold and about double that if the engine is warmed up. Other than the starting problem, its a good little saw for small acreage and home use.

This saw is a climbers new best friend
I traded in my Echo top handle last year for the new T435. I would never look back now or think about switching back. The lite weight design makes it a tree climber or limbers best friend. You can hold this saw with one arm stretched out for an extended amount of time and not even know you're holding it. The option of a 12, 14 or 16" bar is even better cause this little thing will just keep on cutting no matter which one you are using. The rounded brake handle makes it harder to for those annoying little branches to hang you up too and protects your knuckles better, The ease of starting is enough to where about anyone can start it. The length of time the full tank lasts is an added plus as well! There is nothing like getting in the top of tree and running out of fuel when you just filled your saw. Having the felling dogs on this little beast is a huge plus as well when you are reaching out to limb something and need that added bite for a smooth clean cut. The secondary strap eyelet was just a bonus to this already great saw for those of us dangling them off our climbing belts..

An excellent saw for the size and weight
This saw has excellent handling. Could not have asked for an easier saw to deal with while in any tree. I have used a few different brand trim saws while climbing trees, but i will say when i am up in the tree, this is my favorite due to its lightweight, great power/weight ratio, and above excellent handling ability! For the price you cannot beat it at all, especially with the warranty and excellent reputation and durability of Husqvarna, you cant go wrong. Some hardcore tree trimmers may not go for it because they have biased opinions, but from someone who always looks for that edge while 20, 60, or 100+ ft in the air this saw is an above excellent choice. One of the best features is the two rings you can attach your belt clips to. especially handy for when you have a long clip and a short clip and don't like to leave the saw dangling while climbing. Again, this is a great saw, especially for the climber/trimmers who love mobility and great handling. The power of this saw is a little less than expected but it has more than enough power to get some of the largest branches off the tree you are in with ease. I have used mine in many trees, and it runs amazing still. Always remember if you want your saw to keep running great you have to make sure it is clean tho, i have seen so many people blame quality of saws when it was their negligence of proper cleaning and maintenance. Final assessment: It is really hard to beat this saw for the money and power/weight ratio! Especially when you will find yourself routinely in the trees.

You will love this Saw
When I went looking for a chainsaw I was looking for a saw that would get the job done and do it right. What found was a saw did the job right plus more. Easy to handle easy to use right out of the box.

Awesome saw for prepping the rest on the tree for cutting. Took all the limbs off lighting fast and had to make myself put it down to use the 455 Rancher.
