Great Power and Very Smooth I cut firewood for 3 families and use a chainsaw often. The 359 is a very smooth running saw and has great vibration canceling properties. Mine is equipped with a 20 inch bar and chain and the engine has plenty of power. Weight is a big factor when operating a chainsaw and the 359 has a good power to weight ratio and is well balanced. Fuel consumption is what you would expect for a 59cc saw. Overall I am very pleased with the Husqvarna 359. February 27, 2011
Model 359 Chain Saw 20" I like the chain saw alot. It was a little hard starting on the initial start up when new. After that it has been real good at starting even in cold wheather. I feel it is not to heavy and is easy to handle. I feel I paid a fair price for it when compaired to others. It has been a good investment. Works great in the woods and for cleaning up fence line on the farm. February 26, 2011
no problems I have two, a 55 rancher and a 359, all I have done is put fuel and bar oil and sharpen the chain, that's what I expected and I have not been disappointed. February 26, 2011
a Great allround saw The only thing I need say is that this saw works as it sould February 25, 2011
Reliable and Depenable saw I bought this saw a month ago to replace another brand name saw that I had. The other saw that I had was not cut out for the demanding tasks of felling and bucking large wood. When I bought the saw I was looking for dependability and durability for my cutting conditions. So far I have used this saw 3 days a week for 5-8 hours a day for the last month with no problems. The 359 came with a 20 inch bar but has been changed to 28 inch bar and chain. The smaller bar was not able to perorm the tasks that I needed it to do. This saw has the power to pull the chain with no problems. The best part about this saw is that it runs a long time on a tank of gas. Thanks for making such a great porduct! Mark February 24, 2011
Well perfoming saw I have had this saw for some 6or 7 years. Have not done anything but cut with it. I heat with wood and cut at least 6 cords of wood a year for myself and my neighbor. Put a Woodland Pro 30Rcs skip tooth chain on it from Baileysonline and you have an awsome combination. Highly recomend the Husky saws. February 24, 2011
Great Product Awesome saw but can be difficult to start sometimes. Perfect for the homeowner and/or individual who is comfortable using a powerful saw. February 24, 2011
The handle broke in two. Last spring I couldn't get the saw started after sitting for winter and I had to bring it to a dealer for a tune up. It was a year old. This past fall, the throttle handle/fuel tank broke in two and had to be replaced. This cost almost $200. When the saw is running it is a good piece of equipment but it has been fairly unreliable. My Husky from 1998 seemed more reliable. February 24, 2011
