Reliable chainsaw
Very good chainsaw. I've tried many other brands and this is by far the most reliable. The only problem is restarting on a third of a tank or less. More than 1/3 of a tank and it starts and runs great. It is a light weight but very powerful saw. So far it has fell, delimbed, and cut up over 300 large Ponderosa Pine trees with vertually no problems.

A small but very powerful saw that's easy to use. It's quiet, lite and cuts like a big saw.

Seems like a good buy, but cheap parts
With normal use have had it repaired three times. Lots of cheap plastic parts that break easy.

Great saw for the money
The only saws I ever owned were stihl, so when it came time to buy another saw I went back and forth on which saw to buy. I did some research and almost every time the research led me back to Husqavarna, so I gave in and bought one, very glad I did. So far it has been an outstanding saw, it cuts like crazy, and starts every time with ease. I would definately recommend husqavarna to anyone.

very well balanced
all of the switches & controls are in very well positioned areas. The quick release air filter cover is also nice, it makes it easy to keep the filter clean.This is the third husqvarna product that I have purchased & they all out perform & are better priced than comparable products made by Stihl that I looked at.

Stihl Smeel
I recently purchased a 445 to replace my broken Stihl. I could not have made a better choice ( well maybe up a size, more power baby). I love all that encompasses this saw, from the balanced weight to the anti vibration feature and the way it performs. I have cut down and thru some of the most annoying woods like a blow torch thru butter. A high quality saw and accesories.I heard many a tales of "Hot start" problems and this and that but as with any tool of any kind you MUST READ THE MANUAL and all is good. I will be a faithful "HUSKY' owner from now on and highly recommend there line of products.

Husqvarna 445 chainsaw
I have owned this saw for a few months now and haven't had any problems and has always started easily and has plenty of power to get the job done. If you keep the chain sharp and adjusted you can do a lot of cutting in a short amount of time and I like the overall performace of this saw a bunch! TDM743
