WS 440 HF electric wall saw gives you increased possibilities for fast and efficient cutting in reinforced concrete, brick and other building materials, up to 21 in. thickness. Use this wall saw for all kinds of openings and sawing including stair, bevel and flush cutting. The user-friendly ergonomic design and ease of transport make your job fast and efficient. WS 440 HF can be combined with CS 10, transforming it into a perfect wire saw.
The quick connection makes it easy to attach the saw unit to the carriage.
With the wireless remote control it's easy to change the blade rotation to get the water spray in the desired direction.
The remote control has a logical and ergonomic design with a large and clear display, which shows the current performance of the saw.
Ability to assemble and disassemble the flange from either side making changing the blades extremely easy, particularly when flush cutting.
Versatile and efficient setup with symmetric track and carriage.
Small distance between track and blade gives a straight cut, generating minimal wear on both saw and blade.
Blade motor and both feeding motors can be operated individually at the same time with maximum power.
The spindle has variable rpm control which allows you to find the ideal speed for each blade dimension, blade type and cutting material.
Made of aluminum, extremely durable, light and easy to install.
The strong motor produces high power to the spindle, even though the saw is light.
Built on a modular system, the saws are easy to carry thanks to the optimized weight of each module. The weight is also evenly distributed between rail and saw head, because the carriage stays on the track.
Large maximum starter blade enables deep cutting without changing blades.
Highly efficient electric motor retains high power to the spindle over a wide rpm range. Minimum water needed for cooling, which means less slurry.
Cutting door openings. The undercut is made by flush cutting.
Cutting openings for windows.
Cutting openings for ventilation. To make cuts adjacent to walls, use flush cutting.
Cutting of steps or other uneven contours.
Unique universal mounting that makes it possible to cut at a steplessly adjustable angle.
Flush cutting flange and blade guard to make cut adjustments to walls, ceilings and floors.

Fit the standard mounting brackets as set out below:Mark off the cutting line and mark off the expander bolts holes 6.5" from the cutting line.Drill 15 mm holes for the M12 expander bolts.Hang the mounting brackets loosely from the expander bolts, using M6S 12 x 70 or similar.
Place the rail in the mounting brackets and tighten the compression washers.Check that the rail sits correctly in the slots in the mounting brackets.Adjust the distance between the cutting line and the mounting brackets. The distance between the edge and the inner face of the saw cut should be 3.5". Tighten the expander bolts.
Enclose the area to be cut so that unauthorized persons can not be injured or disturb the operator. Check that the blade guard is not damaged or broken. A broken or damaged blade guard must never be used. If cutting is to begin in another position than where the saw unit is located, run the saw unit to the start position.WARNING! A higher speed than the recommended speed can result in personal injury and damage to the equipment.
When the pilot cut is finished, a deeper cut can be made. The depth of these is determined from instance to instance and depends on factors such as hardness of the concrete, existence of reinforcing bar, etc. As the rail is symmetrical, the saw unit can be turned to make a new cut on the other side of the rail. The c-c measurement will then be 13". In this way a cut piece is obtained that is in an easily handled size, making it easier to remove from the workplace.
