Husqvarna’s new flexible trimmer range with several possibilities

Husqvarna continues to deliver innovative garden solutions for homeowners and now launches three new trimmers for the selective consumer. A trimmer with a curved shaft for trimming around lawns and flower beds and a trimmer with a straight shaft and handle for better ergonomics when used for longer periods. There is also a combi trimmer for those who need multiple functions.

With its new 128C and 128R models, Husqvarna has successfully combined reduced emissions with undiminished power. At the same time, Husqvarna has successfully reduced the vibrations and noise from its trimmers.

- Trimmers are one of our big sellers, says Göran Gusthalin, Product Manager for trimmers and brushcutters at Husqvarna. The new 128 series offers anything that a home owner could wish for in a trimmer. This lightweight machine can be used for everything from trimming thick grass to fine edge cutting.

The 128C model has a curved shaft for easy access around lawn edges and flower beds in the smaller home garden. The 128R model is equipped with a handle and a harness for those who prefer to carry the trimmer on a harness. The 128R also lets the user change the cutting tools, so that you can trim grass with the trimmer head and cut down heavier vegetation with the blade. Both models are equipped with a special pump for easy starting.

Trimmers are ergonomic, of course, and this is more or less a foregone conclusion when Husqvarna develops new products.

- Trimming work can be both a monotonous and a strenuous job if you do not use the right tools," says Göran Gusthalin, Product Manager for trimmers and brushcutters at Husqvarna. "In Europe we prefer to carry our trimmer in a harness, whereas in the USA you rarely see anything other than hand-held trimmers.

For the consumer who wants to have more of an all-in-one product, there is the 128LDx combi trimmer. An edge cutter, border hoe, pruning saw and leaf blower can also be fitted to the combi trimmer.

All of Husqvarna's various models have been designed to be able to run on biofuel from Aspen. Aspen is a gasoline that has been developed to improve the working environment when working with engine-driven implements, etc.
