Husqvarna is committed to maintaining a premium customer experience and as such will ensure that all ‘Husqvarna’ branded products are distributed appropriately to customers. When you purchase a Husqvarna’ branded product, whether you collect it, or arrange a home delivery, you should expect the supplying dealer to hand over in person your purchase and that it is received fully assembled, pre-delivery inspected and ready for use.
Mandatory Dealer Obligations
a) Once purchased by a customer, all Products must be fully assembled, pre-delivery inspected and all safety functions tested.
b) All Products must be handed over to the customer by the Dealer in a ready to use condition, with all relevant documentation and any tools or accessories that should be supplied included. The Dealer must provide guidance on the proper use, safe handling and care of the Products in accordance with the product operator’s handbook/manual. Exemptions Where the Dealer can demonstrate to Husqvarna’s satisfaction that an existing customer is qualified, proven and experienced user of all relevant Products and is capable of conducting the requirements of paragraph (b) above internally, the Dealer is exempt from the need to comply with paragraph (b) above. Notwithstanding such exemption, the provision of paragraph (a) remains mandatory.
