In November 2014, Aircraft End of Life Solutions (AELS), a company accredited in disassembly and dismantling of aircrafts, joined forces with the Husqvarna Special Applications Team on the Woensdrecht Aviolanda air base in the Netherlands. The mission? Cutting a Boeing 737 aircraft into pieces.
With the Husqvarna CS 2512 wire saw, the Husqvarna PP 450 E hydraulic power pack and the Husqvarna C 1000 Cobra diamond wire, the mission was completed.
