Husqvarna DS 40 Gyro

The Husqvarna DS 40 Gyro is the lightest drill stand in the Gyro family, but just as flexible, sturdy and easy to mount and demount as the DS 50 Gyro. The rig is slightly smaller, 40 mm in diameter, and can take drill bits up to 150 mm. This means that the DS 40 Gyro suits smaller drills. Includes two base plates. The GB 40 T with a mounting for pivoting drill column and transport wheels, and the GB 40 AT which also has a mounting for an expander bolt.

Benefits

A small, lightweight drill rig for easy access at the worksite.
The pivot column can be angled 180° and rotated 360°, so the operator enjoys optimal drilling flexibility with a single setup.
Thanks to the flexibility and the quick fastening of the drill stand, you can drill a large number of holes in a short period of time.
Because the unit is installed between the floor and ceiling, with no anchoring, you avoid damage to the surroundings.

Transport wheels

The stand is equipped with transport wheels.
The rig is secured with the stanchion

When drilling in floors the rig is secured by putting the stanchion against the ceiling. The drilling column is secured to the base plate using the stanchion screw.
Gyro unit

The drill column can be turned 360° thanks to the gyro unit.
Quick mounting

The carriage has a quick mounting for drill motors.
